Introductory Meeting - A face to face appointment where we discuss your property, plans, and general ideas for the finish out of your home.

Budget and Pre-Construction Meeting - Together we solidify a budget that best equips you for completing your dream home. At this meeting we confirm your plans, budget, and selections before construction begins. This is to ensure all questions are answered and we are ready to begin the building of your custom home.

Construction Period - Throughout the build, you will meet with trades on site and vendors at their showrooms to personally make your custom selections. Provision homes will guide you through this entire process.

Construction Completion - As the completion of your home approaches, there will be several opportunities to walk your home so we can ensure it is of the highest quality. 

 

Closing - Final paperwork is signed off and you will receive the keys to your beautiful luxury custom home. At the final closing, we will provide you with details on your warranty and answer any questions you have..
